Ronald E Evans TEP

Ronald Evans is a Principal in the Caracas office. He joined the Firm in 1988 as a law clerk until today where he has been serving as Venezuela’s managing partner since 2016 and a leader of the local tax group. In 2015, he was appointed as Global Chair of the Wealth Management Group (a sub practice of the Tax Group). 

Ronald is a Fulbright scholar and a graduate of Harvard’s LL.M. Program (Class of 1993). He served as Venezuela’s first director of International Affairs Division of the IRS and as official negotiator for Venezuela’s double taxation treaties.
