Professor Chiara Favilli

Chiara Favilli (PhD Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Degree in Law, University of Pisa) is an associate professor at the University of Pisa, Faculty of Law, where she teaches private and family law. Her publications include a monograph (La responsabilità adeguata alla famiglia, Torino, 2015) and several articles and essays in the fields of tort law and family law. Her recent research interests focus on enhancing the autonomy of vulnerable adults for the period when they lose their capacity to choose, and on protecting consumers in the green transition and strengthening their active role in energy communities.
