Philip Aminoff

Philip Aminoff, MSc (Econ), MBA (INSEAD), is a Finnish entrepreneur. He represents the fourth owner generation in his family’s businesses which comprise technical trade, technology, real estate and asset management.

Philip is Chairman of industrial holding companies Tenetor, Helvar Merca and Helectron, Deputy Chairman of Veho (automotive trade), Helvar (lighting control), Fastems (factory automation) and Electrosonic (audio-visual solutions), Member of the Supervisory Board of LocalTapiola General Mutual Insurance Company, Member of the Board of MTC Flextek (industrial machinery), Otava (publishing house), Transmeri Group (conglomerate) and Boca Holding (wine estate Le Piane).
