Lenka Vysoka

Lenka Vysoka is working as a legal and policy officer in the European Commission. In the civil justice unit of Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers, she deals with topics including legislative proposal on the cross-border protection of adults, legislation on the law applicable to non-contractual obligations (Rome II Regulation) and conventions in the area of international litigation (Judgments Convention and Choice of Court Agreements Convention). 

Lenka comes from the Czech Republic. She studied law with a focus on European Law and Private International Law in the Czech Republic and Germany.
