Holly is a litigator in the areas of Estate, Trust, and Mental Capacity disputes, appearing before the Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal for Ontario. She routinely acts for fiduciaries (executors, trustees, attorneys, and guardians), persons concerned about the well-being of vulnerable loved ones, and estate and trust beneficiaries. Her typical files include: power of attorney and capacity disputes, appointment or removal of fiduciaries, passing fiduciary accounts, estate/trust/guardianship administration issues, and rectification, interpretation, or variations of trust instruments. Holly has been an Executive Committee member for the Ontario Bar Association’s Elder Law section since 2019, and a Steering Committee member of STEP’s Mental Capacity Global SIG since 2024.
