Gretel chairs FABREGA MOLINO’s Private Clients Group, focusing on wealth management, estate and succession planning, family business, and family governance. 

She advises Panamanian and international clients, including HNWIs and UHNWIs, on private client matters such as domestic and global structures, family businesses, humanitarian activities, M&A wealth planning, and Family Law matters (divorce, pre/post-nuptial agreements, immigration planning). 

Gretel also leads the firm’s corporate social responsibility and pro bono programs through the FABREGA MOLINO FOUNDATION.
