Giulia Cipollini TEP

Giulia is head of the Italian Tax and Wealth Planning Team of Withers in Italy. She provides tax and wealth planning to families, entrepreneurs, charities, foundations, artists, talents and sportspeople. She leads the focus team of the firm in connection with the Italian "flat tax regime" for new residents, as well as she provides specific assistance in establishing trusts and other instruments for succession planning to families. She is the leader of the Withers global SIG (special interest group) focus on the Continental Europe area. She assists families in creating their structures and in providing those with adequate tax planning.

• She is leading in Italy the Art practice of the firm, assisting families, artists, collectors, foundations and institutions.
• She is an active member of both the global Withers' Art Law group and the "Cryptos and Digital Assets" group, having advice on NFTs and tax and wealth planning solutions in that area.
• She is active as a speaker and she is the promotor of events and seminars on women's leadership and mentoring the new generation of women professionals
• Vice President of the Novak Djokovic Foundation, Italy
• Member of the Scientific Committee of STEP Italy and she was former General Secretary of the STEP Italian branch.
• Member of Global STEP Philanthropy Advisors SIG Committee.
• Member of IFA, the International Fiscal Association, as well as member of 100 Women in Finance and the Professional Women's Network.
• Graduated cum laude with a Law Degree from the University of Ferrara and she had a PhD in Taxation from La Sapienza School of Law.
• Admitted to the Italian Bar in 2003.
