Johannes Gasser is senior partner of GASSER PARTNER Rechtsanwälte. Johannes Gasser is admitted to the Liechtenstein and Austrian Bar and specializes in challenging and defending Liechtenstein foundations and trusts in international and cross border litigation and arbitration. In recent cases, he has handled complex litigation on trust matters involving trustee removals and liabilities. Johannes Gasser is a frequent speaker at the Liechtenstein Uni-versity on foundation and trust law issues, legal expert witness in UK and other courts on Liech-tenstein law, member (Trust Estate Practitioner) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is an academician of The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law (IAETL) and an International Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
