David W Marks QC TEP

David W Marks QC, TEP, CTA, is a commercial Silk at the Australian Bar practising principally in tax. 

He has a broader practice in commercial litigation, trusts & estates, and administrative law. 

David contributes to the life of the profession through his committee work, including with STEP Australia's Policy Committee, and with the Editorial Board of The Tax Institute. He serves on STEP's disciplinary panel, which means working with other members worldwide. He received The Tax Institute’s Meritorious Service Award in 2013, in Australia.
