Cheolung Je

Cheolung Je is law professor at Hanyang University, South Korea, and has been in charge of the Korean Research Center for Guardianship and Trusts since 2016. Working closely with practitioners, he engaged in the implementation of the new Adult Guardianship Act 2011 as the chief director of the Guardianship Application Assistance Center for Adults with Developmental Disabilities. He has also engaged in the pilot project for future financial planning of adults with developmental disabilities, which recently began to be expanded for persons with dementia. 

He convened the 5th World Congress on the Adult Guardianship, held in October 2018 in Seoul.
