Bruno Roche is a pioneering figure in the impact economy, best known for founding the Economics of Mutuality (EoM). Developed during his tenure as Chief Economist at Mars, Inc. (2005-2020) with Oxford, EoM is a proven model driving superior value through impact-led management. In 2020, Roche launched EoM as a global non-profit, backed by Mars, Inc., and expanded it to 900 business schools through a UN partnership. He co-edited Putting Purpose into Practice: The Economics of Mutuality, created EoM Labs, and launched 'ONEconomy, ONEsociety' in 2024 to transform management education globally.
