Bernice Evoy

Bernice Evoy joined the Banking & Payments Federation Ireland in late 2014 as Head of Legal and Regulation.  Bernice has responsibility for working with members on a wide range of domestic and EU legal affairs which impact on the financial services industry.  Bernice also advises her BPFI colleagues on many issues including safeguarding and vulnerable customers.  Bernice is working with BPFI members on the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act.

Bernice is a qualified solicitor, she trained with a large Dublin law firm, where she worked for over fifteen years when she left to join the legal department of an international bank, where she worked for five years before joining the BPFI.
