Our flagship thought leadership event, STEP Global Congress, takes place every two years and has previously been held in Miami, Amsterdam, Vancouver, London and Rome.
The most recent Congress took place on 25-26 February 2025 in Rome, Italy. More than 340 delegates from over 50 countries attended the event, which featured leading practitioners speaking on the big issues impacting the industry. A powerful thought-provoking agenda included: evolving attitudes to wealth, tackling economic crime, modern families, global approaches to protect vulnerable clients and enabling next-gen legacies.
